This workshop can be run online or in person.
This interactive workshop is an opportunity for practitioners to reflect on themselves. Recognising that the environments we work in are often challenging, this workshop explores ways we can support ourselves.
We will look at 10 ways to increase our resilience (our resourcefulness and bounce-back-ability) and will explore this through the lens of neuroscience (mindset, working with your brain) and emotional intelligence (self regulation/motivation).
There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss how we can apply this to our own practice. After all, if this workshop is going to make a difference – there has got to practical, realistic applications at home and work.
There will be some discussion around how work environments can contribute towards increasing resilience in teams.
