Supporting Ourselves in Challenging Times

This online, interactive workshop is an opportunity for practitioners to reflect on themselves.  Recognising that the environments we work in are sometimes very difficult, this workshop explores ways we can support ourselves within this difficulty.

We will look at 10 ways to increase our resilience (our resourcefulness and bounce-back-ability) and will explore this through the lens of neuroscience (mindset, working with your brain) and emotional intelligence (self regulation/motivation).

There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss how we can apply this to our own practice.  If this workshop is going to make a difference, it’s got to be practical and realistic.


This workshop can be run online or in person.   We will use my licensed Zoom account.  The Commissioning Client will register participants prior to the Workshop starting.
