For academics, researchers  PHD students, supervisors, teachers, teaching assistants and managers. We work with HR, L&D and SMTs to plan relational workshops for university and school staff.   We have a track record of taking ‘soft’ skills to hard places, helping staff match their high IQ with a high EQ (emotional quotient). 

We use a knowledge of neuroscience, mindset work, empathy. acceptance and a  communication/problem solving skillset to help your people build authentic, respectful relationships in the workplace.   Shift without shame, coach without criticism, do the difficult things well.  You tell us your objectives and we’ll help you deliver.

In terms of your practice, teaching and learning is an emotional transaction.    You can increase the value of your subject expertise and teaching/learning methods, by using your emotional brains to connect with and engage with your learners.   Take time away from the coal face, to reflect.

Approaching emotions can feel uncomfortable initially, but I felt safe very quickly.

Becoming more self and socially aware will bring tangible benefits to my teaching style and to the relationships I have with colleagues.

I see how important it is to lead myself now, rather than expecting others to take on that responsibility.
